DNA Recruit are working with an independent Integrated Agency who have made a reputation for themselves over the last 7 years as the UK's most effective brand activation agency by winning more Brand Activation awards than any other agency, and they are growing at a pace.
Our client is looking for an Account Director who will be responsible for the overall performance of their brands and projects, defined by the efficacy, growth, and client satisfaction of accounts in their remit year on year. As a critical leader to the business the Account Director will be the trusted advisor to their clients and team, and competently lead to perform and develop well in their roles. Some key responsibilities as Account Director will be :-

As Account Director you lead by example, sharing the agency's purpose, mission and values and helping to translate these for your team and you are a role model for these for everyone across the agency, going above and beyond to dedicate your time to their clients and colleagues. You bring your previous experience to pre-empt and solve problems, and financial tracking and accountability is second nature to you and through your leadership you foster a team spirit and micro-culture, using your unique style to promote engagement and wellbeing.
Salary: £45-60K (dep on experience) plus bonus and benefits
