Account Director - Integrated Agency - London


One of London's most successful independent agencies is looking for a highly ambitious Account Director to help run, maintain and continue the growth of a flagship retained account.

Our client has an exciting and differentiated agency proposition, led by a senior management team with a successful track record of growing and running a major London agency. They launched 6 years ago and despite being launched in a recession and with no founding clients, have already beaten some of the best and most famous agencies in London to win some fantastic clients as well and winning many awards both at a UK and global level. They have also been nominated as one of the most exciting independents globally!

A great opportunity for an Account Director who is strategically minded to come on board and help to maintain the day to day running of the agency's flagship account and take ownership by developing and leading an account. The role will also encompass smaller accounts, projects and new business opportunities and they are looking for the right person to join this exciting agency and duties will include:

  • Nurturing and growing client accounts, building trusted relationships with existing clients and working on pitching for new business, and always exceeding their client's expectations.
  • Monitoring budgets and financial forecasting on multiple key accounts
  • Contribute new business activities, growing accounts and supporting pitches to bring on new clients for the agency.

Is it you?

This unique opportunity to join a fast growing and one of London's most successful independent agencies you will need a solid agency track record with exposure to brand, digital and integrated campaigns as well as an ability to grow client revenues and line management experience. You must have great admin and financial management of your own accounts and a broad client experience, ideally with at least some financial services exposure.
