After a stellar year this agency has won some of the best known accounts and awards in the world. They want to attract people who really get their philosophy and who can be as comfortable with a TV campaign as a disruptive digital idea.

They are at the top of the tree in agency land and the account they need this Account Director for is an enviable, career changing client.

They are brave and humorous, clever and fun but they always bring it back to a great idea executed with clarity and sprinkling of greatness.

The Candidate

The usual rules don't apply as creativity rules at this agency and they need an AD who is going to take this account even further they they have already.

You will need to show that you have created great ideas in your career and worked on a similar large well loved brand. Its brand first and you will need to demonstrate the smart ways you have added to a business and delivered first class work.

Entrepreneurial, hungry to grow business, a strategic thinker, confident/engaging, and most importantly not afraid of rolling up their sleeves as required to get work out the door on this fantastic account.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day to day direction of the account, checking that it is on track both in terms of delivery and future planning. Multi project coordination, time planning, and full delivery of specific creative and strategic projects will be key responsibilities for the smooth running of this account.

You will have vision for the day to day business and have control of who needs to do what by when. You will need to lead by example and make things happen and have the experience to think ahead and plan to make things better. Building strong relationships, managing a matrix of relationships, and being likeable and trustworthy are absolutely key skill/attributes for applicants applying.
