As a well-established marketing agency with a dynamic, start-up energy, we’re known for
devising, developing and delivering comprehensive solutions, using a combination of tactics
that help our clients meet their unique business goals. There are many strings to our bow
and we proudly dabble in everything, including social media (paid and organic), digital,
brand development, experiential, web management and more.
Taking up a key role as an Account Director with heaps of initiative and a willingness to get
stuck in to any challenge, you’ll be strategically-minded, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the
ground running. You’ll also be a people person with impeccable management skills that
help you strike up great relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
As Account Director:
You’ll have an agency background, and will seamlessly step into your responsibilities as you
begin overseeing and growing client relationships and strategies, helping them meet their
varied and unique marketing goals. You’ll be integral in delivering campaigns, coordinating
work flows, and championing the Client Service team, whilst ensuring all important brand
consistency. You’ll perform well under pressure, bring loads of value, and naturally thrive in
agency life.
In addition, you’ll need:
? Experience of working on brands at account director level
? Experience of working on strategy and implementation
? The ability to truly understand your clients, what makes them tick and what keeps
them awake at night
? Integrated experience across digital, social media and marketing communications
? Strong written and verbal skills
? To understand the unique requirements of working for a small agency
? The ability to work collaboratively

Key Responsibilities
? Planning and management of campaigns, both on and offline, including print, web,
email, social media, display advertising and occasionally experiential
? Prioritise and manage clients’ expectations
? Ensure the effective management of budgets
? Ensure the strategic and creative excellence of team outputs in response to client
? Monitoring clients’ industries, immersing yourself in their industry news
? Grow revenues on your assigned client base
? Mentor team members and develop their skill set in accordance with their individual
goals and objectives and career path
? A minimum of 5 years’ agency experience in a marketing agency
? Previous recent experience working in an agency environment at Senior Account
Manager / Account Director Level
? Integrated experience across digital, social media and marketing communications
? Excellent organisational and time management skills with strong attention to detail
? Previous line management experience
