Account Director

Job description

We are looking for an energetic creatively driven Account Director to join and help grow the team.

This is a great opportunity for an Account Director looking to develop their skills and experience working closely with a supportive senior team (including the agency Founders) in combination with the energy and atmosphere of working in a start-up.

Also working directly with senior clients who can make fast decisions and not "marking off' more junior clients further down the chain of command.

Supported by an Account Manager with 2 years experience and reporting to the CEO the role offers bags of autonomy.

The AD will lead the relationship and projects with our clients but never be alone. We hunt as a pack (Account Lead, Strat Lead, Creative Lead, Production Lead) and the role is about getting the best out of everyone and orchestrating the talent on the business to get the best results.

With around 6-8 years experience - someone who knows the role, has experience developing campaigns across TV, OOH, Digital and Social - but still feels working with the right team and clients they have more to learn and, like us, are still to do their best work.

The role and agency are fast paced, but assisted by a lack of bureaucratic structure and talented colleagues who are driving to the same goal. You will be working in a highly supportive agency amongst a highly supportive team.

The client portfolio will be multiple clients and projects, rather than 'one account'. Which will keep the role interesting and help build experience.

Hybrid, circa 60/40 in favour of remote working With a base in Covent Garden. The days / times for IRL though are flexible dependent eg on what stages projects are at / times of client meetings etc.

This is a permanent role - so either a straight hire or temp to perm.

Salary range £50-60K with, along with other benefits, a 10% bonus based on mutually agreed targets and criteria.

For temp to perm we understand day-rate for initial period prior to full time contract would be in area of £275-325 per day.
