Account Manager/Project Manager - Corporate & Live Events - London

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 plus bonus

Incredible Account Manager/Project Manager opportunity working with some really cool global brands as part of a rapidly growing events design & production agency. This Account Manager/Project Manager role will be working with a major client within the fashion market on some really on trend events campaigns. If you've got what takes, then continue reading.

DNA Recruit is working with a fast paced, fun, energised team within the creative events industry, who seek to employ an efficient and detail orientated Account Manager/Project Manager, to act as the key point of contact, managing the client relationship and planning project schedules and work-flow, through various platforms.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Working with the senior teams & Account Directors to provide project management and operations support including project budgeting and supplier management
  • Join sales pitches and assist with proposals and presentations
  • Develop excellent understanding of company services
  • Developing production schedules ahead of project kick-off
  • Handling scheduling and organisational software

The Person:

Our client is looking for someone with experience within an events agency and will have had some exposure to working within the corporate events market along with the following;

  • Proven Track Record of Account and event project management delivery
  • Ability to work on own initiative and also as a key team member
  • Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail
  • A 'can do' attitude and solution oriented mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Confident IT skills (Google suite use preferable)
  • Budget and financial planning capabilities
  • Management of advancing documentation (RAMS, H+S etc)
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise and organise workload
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Articulate and well accustomed to a client facing role
  • Level-headed and diplomatic problem-solver
  • A good level of commercial awareness
  • Self-motivated
  • Upbeat and energised
  • Flexible and willing take on a variety of tasks
  • Team player
  • Full driving license
  • Knowledge of Adobe suite software would be a plus but not essential
