With a degree in media and communications Lisa has always been interested in the creative industries.
She started out in book publishing working in trade sales and marketing for some of the most successful UK publishing houses; HarperCollins, Random House and Guinness World Records.
Her background in publishing proved to be a good foundation for a career in creative recruitment. Having worked across a range of publishing, creative, digital and marketing roles Lisa brings a brings a wealth of industry knowledge and expertise to DNA.
She’s recruited permanent and contract roles both agency and client-side, partnering with many of the leading lights in advertising including Grey, VCCP, Droga5, Ogilvy, and R/GA as well as major brands such as Telefonica, Sky, Tesco, BT, Google and Microsoft.
Lisa’s natural curiosity as to what makes people tick means she is well suited to planning and strategy recruitment. In her most recent role she specialised in the contract market, partnering with talent across all levels in creative advertising, digital and integrated agencies.
