This Middle Eastern contractor renowned for their portfolio of highly prestigious projects throughout the UAE are now recruiting heavily for commercial staff due to winning one of the most iconic developments to be built in the UAE to date.
The contractor itself is part of one of the largest investment companies in the Middle East and is involved in an array of complex high value projects in a variety of build sectors such as, High-rise Commercial and Residential, Hotel & Leisure, Commercial Office Block, and Large Heavy Civil work.
Who They are Looking for?
They are looking for all level commercial staff from Assistants to Commercial Directors and are willing to employee Quantity Surveyors from the Western world as well as the Middle and Far East.
For the assistant and more junior level positions they are looking for candidates with ideally exposure to large and complex projects in the UAE but the location experience isn't' essential. Ambitious and driven professionals who are looking to develop a career in the UAE with the aim of reaching senior management in the near future are the short of people my client wants to meet.
Ideally the mid range Quantity Surveyors will have Middle Eastern experience and had involvement on large valued high-rise and commercial project. They are looking for people with sound Quantity Surveying experience working for main contractors, developers only in the Middle East and consultancies.
For the senior roles all candidates will need experience in the UAE on high value complex projects and managed large teams of commercial staff for a number of years. They are looking for professionals from a western background that has excellent client facing and communication skills.
The Role
You will be given a large amount of responsibility and exposure to landmark projects throughout the UAE and be given a chance in a life time to expand your career to new heights. The sorts of projects you will be expecting to be involved in are developments of iconic high-rise commercial and residential towers and architectural marvels.
