The Job
This UK main contractor has a leading presence in the Middle East a number of offices strategically placed to ensure they are always undertaking the most prolific projects. They are currently undertaking a number of High rise projects in the Bahrain with the smallest being 25 storey and the largest being 90 storey high.
They are currently looking for a senior quantity surveyor who is able to handle large high rise construction projects from tender to completion. You will be capable of client interaction, procurement routes and fully competent in both pre and post contract duties.
They have a portfolio of prolific projects that currently comprise the national assembly, Bahrain government buildings, and some of the largest commercial and retail projects in the Middle East.
