In Brief
This consultancy is currently involved with several high profile, large value exciting projects. Due to this reason the consultancy is expanding their Abu Dhabi office and looking for ambitious British Quantity Surveyors to come and join their successful team.
Job Role
You will be involved with projects which are £multi million and include large Commercial developments, Residential Plazas and Tower complexes, and mixed-use schemes.
You will be working as part of a small busy team whose drive it is to deliver a premium service to the consultancy's clients.
Does this sound like you?
For Assistant level, this consultancy is looking for British Quantity Surveyors to have a Quantity Surveying degree and at least 2-3 years experience. (Working towards the completion of the APC is preferred but not essential).
You will need to have excellent technical skills and proven cost management/ Quantity Surveying experience in commercial projects.
For Senior level Quantity Surveyors you will need to be MRICS with at least 3-5 years post qualification experience under your belt. (Experience working in the UAE is preferred but not essential).
Both Assistant and Senior Quantity Surveyors will need first class communication skills as client facing and have the ability to work on their own initiative.
Salary
A salary of 30,000-50,000 AED per month (TAX FREE) will be offered to the suitable Assistant Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Quantity Surveyor (Depending on their skills and experience).
