A world ranked international construction consultant with seven offices in the United Arab Emirates alone, are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to work on some of the most awe inspiring buildings in the world. The successful candidate will be working on large scale building projects based from their offices in Abu Dhabi.
Who They are Looking for?
The Senior Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor will be able to demonstrate a sound background in private practice. You will ideally be degree qualified with MRICS status.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of large scale projects and wish to work in the UAE.
The Role of the Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor
You will be supervising Quantity Surveying teams and preparing cost plans. You will also be preparing budget and cost estimates, to include complete building works, MEP and Infrastructure.
Recommending procurement methods for the project and adapting FIDIC conditions to suit tender documents
You will be asked to assist in the training, mentoring and development of junior members of staff.

40,000 - 50,000 AED per month equivalent to £66,000 - £82,000 depending on experience
