This MEP Quantity Surveying roles involve work on major building and engineering projects in Dubai performing pre contract work either on site or at this consultancy's head office.
Job Role
On a day to day basis the MEP Quantity Surveyor will be involved with preparing and presenting cost management advice to clients, managing the process of measuring & valuing variations, managing the process of final account, attend meetings with clients and contractors and managing other members of staff including Quantity surveyors and measurement technicians.
Ideal candidate
This Consultancy is seeking an MEP Quantity surveyor who has achieved a BSc (Hons) in Quantity surveying or equivalent.
You will have at least 10 years experience as an MEP Quantity Surveyor and have worked for a reputable consultancy.
You will be meeting with clients on a daily/weekly basis so you will need to be able to represent the company and have excellent communication skills.
