This consultancy is seeking MRICS Quantity Surveyors to come and work on a project which will be twice the size of Walt Disney World.

Dubailand is a tourism, real estate, hospitality, entertainment, leisure and retail mega project under development in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
Dubailand will be built on a 3 billion square foot (278 km²/107 mile²) site and will include 45 mega projects and 200 sub projects.
To date, there are currently 22 projects under development.
Job Role
The sheer scale and pace of the developments in Dubai is breathtaking and the imagination and ingenuity shown as each new scheme seeks to eclipse its predecessors is spectacular.
The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a variety of tasks including project management and meeting with clients on a day to day basis.
Perfect Candidate
* The ideal candidate will be MRICS with at least 2/ 3 years experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy.
* Excellent communication skills are crucial.
* Project management experience
Salary & Benefits
An MRICS Quantity Surveyor will receive a generous salary of 30,000-50,000 AED per month
(Depending on experience).
