An opening has arisen for a Senior Hydraulic & Infrastructure Engineer / Experienced Senior Hydraulic & Infrastructure Engineer to become part of a fast moving multi-national, globally renowned Consultancy. This particular company has a global spanning profile with offices on nearly every continent and have been established in the UAE for nearly 20 years.
The role of the Senior Hydraulic & Infrastructure Engineer
You will be responsible for all aspects of taking the companies profile and business activity forward whilst leading the design team providing technical advice for the more junior staff. You will be part of the process from inception to project completion, liaising with clients, offering advice on any design faults and be the person who will take the responsibility for the final products attributes.
Requirements from the Senior Hydraulic & Infrastructure Engineer
- BSc in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Be chartered and have relevant post graduate qualifications or memberships
- Have at least 10 years “hands on” design experience
- Be confident in your managerial skills
- Be a good communicator on all levels
- Be conversant with potable water, hydraulic analysis, waste water and gravity sewage networks.
- Ability to produce measurements and calculations for cost estimates and tender document preparation
