Who They are Looking for?
The Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor will have a sound knowledge of the UAE construction industry and have the ability to handle all quantity surveying responsibilities on two to three complex construction projects.
They are looking for Quantity Surveyors from India, Malaysia, Philippines, China and surrounding countries.
Ideally you will have two and more years experience within a main contractor working on high-rise, commercial and residential projects.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, negotiation, leadership and the ability to multi task.
The Role of the Quantity Surveyor / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor
You will be working with your team on a range of large scale developments with emphasis on meeting deadlines within budget and claims avoidance. The successful candidate must have prior experience of the entire construction process.
You will be using your quantity surveying skills to effectively manage the commercial aspects of these large and awe inspiring projects.
