Founded in mid 1960's, this firm of construction consultants delivers world-class professional design and management services. They offer award winning architectural design, progressive infrastructure engineering and highly ranked project and construction management known for quality and professionalism. At over 1600 professionals, they are one of the largest firms and have consistently ranked high in top construction firm listings.
They are currently working a large high-rise commercial, retail and leisure tower of over 70 storey's that has some of best looking architecture in the region. The project comprises three main aspects:
Podium:
A 6 level podium area of circa 45,000m2 provides for three major entrances to the hotel, offices and ballrooms. The hotel inside will offer a 5 star service that includes, grand lobbies, restaurants, meeting rooms, ball room and executive health clubs.
Tower:
A 320m / 73 storey high-rise tower. The lower 25 floors of the tower accommodate low rise, mid rise office floors and the whole structure architecturally will be Kuwait's modern landmark.
Parking:
10 floor garage underground parking with a capacity for 2000 vehicles and 80,000m2 will be based under the structure.
They are now looking for a chartered Quantity Surveyor who will take responsibly for project delivery and report to the regional director. There will be more junior Quantity Surveyor on the team and thus you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills with previous Middle Eastern experience working on high-rise mix used schemes.
Salary and benefits:
