As the problems facing our clients become more complex, the solutions delivered become more and more innovative. They are seeking a Principle Architect / Senior Architect to join them in the Northern Gulf Region.
Who are they looking for?
You will have a RIBA or AIA qualification, be AutoCAD competent and able to work on your own initiative with minimum supervision, within a multi-disciplinary team. Previous Gulf Experience will be advantageous.
You will have experience in a variety of sectors including high-rise towers, hotels, mixed use buildings, retail/transport, heath and education and urban regeneration.
The Role of the Principle Architect/ Senior Project Architect
* To work with architectural design and development teams
* To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects
* Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline
* Be able to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities
