The Company have a current requirement for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to station in the Shanghai office.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor?
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be heading up a team of Junior Quantity Surveyors in Shanghai.
You will be working on high profile mixed use projects reporting to the Associate Director.
What are they looking for in the Senior Quantity Surveyor?
To apply for this role, you must…
* Have a minimum of 5 years post Graduate Experience
* Degree in Quantity Surveying / Building or equivalent
* MRICS / MHKIS or equivalent
* Experience in PRC
* Background working for a reputable Consultancy
* Mandarin speaking

The Senior Quantity Surveyor should expect a competitive salary dependant on skills and experience but should comprise of:
