One of the most successful residential, leisure and commercial developers in Dubai and the Middle East is currently looking to employ a Planning Manager / Experienced Planning Manager to work on prestigious residential projects in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company's schemes are located in the most desirable and exclusive locations and the homes are built to the highest specification.
The Successful Planning Manager
The Developer manages all of their projects from start to finish, their diverse range of expertise allows them to control land purchase activity, appointment of architects and designers, construction and sales. The company are on a fast track expansion programme delivering 2300 units in 2008 and a further 7100 units by 2010, this is an exciting time to join one of the largest and most prestigious luxury developers in the UAE.
Working for this developer as Planning Manager you will be running 5 - 10 projects at any one time with construction values in excess of £70 million each. You will need extensive high-rise experience of over 30 storeys and will be involved in the entire process from concept design through to build.
In addition to a background and qualification in Civil Engineering & Construction, it is essential that you will have had High-Rise Planning Experience and that you meet the following criteria;
- Primavera P5 or P6 and MS Project software
- You will have a degree in Civil Engineering / Construction from an accredited University
- You will have held a similar role with a Developer or Consultancy working on residential projects
- You must have over 10 years proven experience in planning
- Through your career to date you must be able to prove stability and loyalty to employers
- You will be able to demonstrate logical thought process
- Excellent leadership and managerial skills
