Job Role
Your job will be to work on educational projects in the South East of England including Surrey, London and other surrounding areas.
Total commitment to meet customers brief, to time, to quality and budgetary targets.
You will be involved with Specification reports, Contract Administration, Party Wall and project management.
Ideal Candidate
This consultancy is looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor with good communication skills and 4/5 years experience.
Experience working in the education and commercial sectors would be an advantage
AutoCAD knowledge would be preferred but not essential.

A salary of £37,000-£40,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
