Senior Architect - Dubai Metro - Good opportunity for career progression

Due to their ongoing expansion a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Architect/Architect to be based in their Dubai office working on this exciting project on the Dubai Metro.
The successful Senior Architect will undertake Construction Detailed Design and Coordination of specific design packages on the Dubai Metro.
Who are they looking for to work on the Dubai Metro Project?
Degree Discipline (Graduates only)
B.Arch Degree in Architecture and a member of a professional association, such as RIBA or AIA.
Site experience would be beneficial
Minimum 10-15 years experience in detail design, production of drawings, able to analyse technical/construction/build-ability issue and provide drawings and specifications
coordinated with all other disciplines
Experience in a variety of buildings, with Rail experience preferred but not essential.
Must be technically competent, and confident in construction detailing.
The Role of the Senior Architect/ Senior Architect for the Dubai Metro
The right candidates would be realistic, controlled and calm.
Will work as a member of a team and be expected to contribute to team performance and demonstrate use of initiative
To work with concept design and development teams
To manage the production of construction issue documentation for a number of projects
Provide technological input and supervise technical input by others within the Architectural discipline
Be able to build client relationships and help identify business opportunities (you will not have any formal client or sales accountability)
May be required to supervise other members of the team
