Our Client is expanding its architectural operations into the UAE and now has a full time representative based in Dubai. An exhilarating opportunity has arisen in the Dubai office for a Senior Architect/ Intermediate Architect, the successful candidate will have the chance to work on large projects. Our client offers architectural and design services to corporate clients, investors and developers with particular focus on providing architecture interior design and space planning services. Other services include brief preparation, building evaluation, due diligence studies and design management.
Who They are Looking for?
The Senior Architect / Intermediate Architect will be able to demonstrate an impressive background within a consultancy environment, with at least 6 years in the Architecture industry.
You will ideally have B.Arch and membership of a professional association such as RIBA or AIA.
You will be a good project leader and role model.
The ability to fit into a design role, will require 3D knowledge and be CAD qualified.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience of large scale projects and wish to work in the UAE and particularly Dubai, high rise experience is not necessary.
The Role of the Senior Architect / Intermediate Architect
The Senior Architect will be responsible for running and managing a team, will have the capability to work on different projects such as Hotels, offices, retail and residential.
The ability to provide a reliable and personal service to clients that adds significant value to property assets and investments. The hall mark is the provision of high quality buildings designed and delivered; supported by modern technology and systems.
You will be proposing improved solutions to reduce project costs, architectural quality will be principle as you will be interpreting building design on all given projects within Dubai.
