This major International consultancy is seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor and a Senior Building Surveyor to come and join the successful Surveying team in their Birmingham office
This consultancy achieved another year of growth for 2007/2008-With a 28% increase in turnover to £197million in the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Job Role
The Building Surveyor will be involved with various projects with the Value ranging from £500,000 - £20,000,000.
Most of the projects you will be working on are a result of existing Government contracts (including Court Service, Youth Hostels and numerous schools and colleges)
Ideal Candidate
MRICS with at lease 1-3 years experience.
Experience within the Education and Public sector
Excellent communication skills
Salary and Benefits
The successful Building Surveyors can expect salaries of £28,000-£40,000 per annum depending on experience
