In Brief
Due to an expanding workload this International Management and Construction Consultancy are seeking a newly chartered or experienced Building Surveyor to work in their Warrington office.
This Consultancy work on a range of projects including Education, Health, Commercial, Industrial, leisure and Retail
Ideal Candidate
*The ideal Building Surveyor will have a broad range of commercial building surveying experience in Conditions Surveys, Dilapidations, Multi-site maintenance management, Building pathology, Defects diagnosis and Minor building repairs.
*You must be hard working and able to operate equally as a member of a small team or on your own initiative.
*Excellent communication skills are required as you will maintain and develop long-term client relationships.
*You will need to have BSc (Hons) Building Surveying plus 1 year's APC (at least)
*Or MRICS/MCIOB
Salary and Benefits
A salary of £28,000-£35,000 per annum depending on experience
