Senior Project Manager/ Experienced Project Manager

This World leading consultancy has over 120 years experience within the building and construction industry and employs over 1200 people worldwide. Covering a wide variety of sectors and Projects giving them depth of knowledge and experience to rival any competitor.
Due to continued success there is now a need for a competent, senior Project Manager or Experienced Project Manager to be closely involved with a large national PPP/PFI Project.
What are they looking for?
To be successful in this role you will to be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Excellent Client Liaison ability
- Experience with large PPP/PFI projects
- Experience within the Health/Public Sector
- Good Proactive management and support skills at senior level
- Experience of business Case and Tender document development
- Project Administration
- Hold a relevant construction qualification
- Ideally you will be chartered Quantity Surveyor or Building Surveyor
The Package Offered
Up to £55,000 per annum + excellent benefits.

Based in Bristol.
