An exciting position has arisen for a Major multi-disciplinary property and construction Consultancy based in the South East. Primarily for projects in Education, this Consultancy is looking for a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to join their small but expanding Project Management team based in their South East office in Bromley, Kent.
The Role of the Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
This Consultancy has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and successful Project Manager or Senior Project Manager due the expansion of the Project Management department. The team which is in its infancy is based in South East London / Kent and this is a great time to join a highly successful company whilst they are growing this new area of their business. Reporting to the Head of Project Management you will work on Projects located between London and the South Coast, at present the majority of the projects are in the Education sector so some experience of the education sector is desirable. If you have a proven track record of the successful delivery of construction projects to time and a full understanding of the Project Management process and you are keen to carve out a successful career for yourself in Project Management this could be the opportunity you are looking for!
The successful Project Manager / Senior Project Manager
- You will be professionally qualified in Construction and a Chartered Surveyor with a minimum of 4 yrs experience in this industry
- Experience of running projects independently with values of over £2m, and experience of working on education projects desirable
- You will posses excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to work as a team
- A client focused attitude and is essential
- You will have good organisational and commercial skills and be client facing
- Based around the Kent/South East area or within commutable distance
