This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Director to join a dynamic top 50 construction consultancy to lead their Mixed used projects team on prestigious projects in and around London.

This leading international construction and property consultancy founded 1928 has over 77 offices and 2000 employees worldwide. With a strong presence in every sector they currently have an opportunity for an Associate Director or Project Director to lead the Mixed Used Project Management team on all new and existing contracts/projects.
The Role
This consultancy requires a Strong project director for a role providing high level strategic support for one of their major clients. The client is a major property developer, with a number of significant development opportunities. They need to turn these opportunities into reality, by structuring the potential project requirements in a form, where a presentation and recommendation to the finance board can be made. Each project is different, and the task is to review the various opportunities, under the direction of the client, and assist him in identifying an order of priority, and a strategy for each of these opportunities. This could include the recommendation of professional teams, guiding them through the initial phases, developing feasibility studies etc. The project manager will be expected to help deliver the feasibility study projects, and in some instances, may be required to manage the projects through to construction and delivery.
The Candidate
The person suited to this role, will have experience in "front end" scheme development and exposure to development management. They will have a background in both mixed use schemes, and urban regeneration projects. We anticipate that they will be able to operate at a direct client interface level, and must have an entrepreneurial approach, with a capacity to add value through experience and intellect.
