The Role as Consultancy Project Manager
This role would be ideally suited for an ambitious, conscientious and enthusiastic Assistant Project Manager who has a solid start to their career within the construction project management arena.
The role will entail a full construction project management role within a consultancy, including client liaison, design and planning stages and inception through to completion of major retail projects.
Working alongside Senior Project Managers and Project Directors, this role will offer invaluable experience and exposure to some prestigious retail developments and projects aiding in the successful fast tracking of the successful candidate's career.
Based in Milton Keynes, Bucks.
The Successful Candidate
The successful Project Manager will be expected to display a range of competencies, both behavioural and technical in undertaking the role.
- You will be degree qualified or equivalent.
- Be able to demonstrate relevant construction project management experience
- Ideally have experience within the retail sector
- Have the ability to liaise with clients and sub-contractors
- Be Enthusiastic and determined to succeed within a consultancy environment
- Be a team player, hard working and motivated.
- Able to travel to the Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire area.
- £35,000-£40,000 Per Annum + Car allowance + benefits
