Senior Building Surveyor - Croydon Consultancy
In Brief
This small but fast expanding consultancy has a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Building Surveyor/ Intermediate Building Surveyor to work in their Croydon office.
Job Role
Working predominantly in the Public sector, you will be involved in projects (such as Schools and local Authority) ranging from £50,000 up to £5,000,000.
On a day to day basis
*You will liaise with clients and attend meetings on all aspects of building projects.
*Use Cad systems
*Monitor financial aspects of projects
*To carry out all building surveys, building design planning and project management of various types of projects.
You will also have a strong knowledge of
*Planning regulations
*Current Building regulations
*CDM regulations
*British Standards
Ideal Candidate
The ideal Building Surveyor will have to be MRICS with at least 3-5 years PQE.
You will need to have excellent client facing skills as meeting client is a major part of your job.
Salary and Benefits
The successful building surveyor can expect a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
