An exciting position has arisen for a Senior Project Manager / Qualified Project Manager at a Quantity Surveying Practice in London. The Practice has developed over 30 years by expanding the Quantity Surveying division and introducing new disciplines which include Project Management, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying and the provision of CDM Co-ordinators. They deal with New Build and Refurbishment.
The Role of the Senior Project Manager
This Consultancy has a vacancy for an enthusiastic and successful and qualified Senior Project Manager due the increase in work and projects won. The team which is based in London and deals with cross-sector projects, in particular you will need previous experience in running projects either in Schools and Education or with Local Authorities.
If you have a proven track record of the successful delivery of construction projects to time, a full understanding of the Project Management process, you are qualified and chartered perhaps from a Quantity Surveying background and you are keen to carve out a successful career for yourself in Project Management this could be the opportunity you are looking for!
The successful Senior Project Manager
- You will be professionally qualified in Construction and Chartered
- Experience of running projects independently
- You will posses excellent presentation and communication skills and be able to work as a team
- A client focused attitude and is essential
- You will have good organisational and commercial skills and be client facing
