Job Role
Joining a team of 18 you will be working on Commercial projects and in a varied role you will be involved with Building Surveys, Dilapidations, Condition Schedules, Building Repairs, Defects Analysis, Reinstatement Costs, Party Wall, Due Diligence, Expert Witness, Contract Administration, Feasibility Studies, Employers Agent.
70% of this Consultancy's projects are based in London with the other 30% in surrounding areas such as Kent, Surrey and the South of England.
Ideal Candidate
The Building Surveyor must be Chartered and have a good track record of bringing in new business.
You must be able to present yourself and the company well in front of new and existing client.
