Senior Construction Manager Overview; We are working with one of the most established and respected companies in the construction industry delivering award winning New build, Refurbishment and Fit out services internationally. They are currently looking for a Senior Construction Manager based in Central London.
The role;
A Senior Construction Manager is needed their Special Works Division dealing with multiple new and on-going fit-out projects up to the value of £1.5m. You will be expected to manage all worksite based activity, with particular responsibility for safety, quality, production, specification, time and budget. You should also be an excellent communicator and motivator. You will need to be a good organiser with a commitment to excellence.
The requirements of the Senior Construction Manager;
- A stable background with commercial fit-out projects
- The ability to deliver a quality, snag-free product
- You'll need excellent customer facing skills
- Strong motivational and management qualities
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
- Have drive and determination
What can the successful Senior Construction Manager expect in return?
- Salary of up to £55k depending on experience
