Construction Manager - West London
Main Contractor
Salary - up to £65k + Exceptional Benefits
We are currently working with the UK's largest and most successful main contractor with an annual turnover of around £800m. They require an experienced Construction Manager to work on a large and £multi-million build project at Heathrow Airport.
The role of the Construction Manager;
As Construction Manager you will be expected to manage and lead by example, all worksite based activity, with particular responsibility for safety, quality, production, specification, time and budget. You should also be an excellent communicator with the skills to both motivate your team and liaise with the sub-contractors.
The requirements of the Construction Manager;
- Experience in similar roles within a UK top 40 Main Contractor
- You'll need to be commercially astute with excellent customer facing skills
- Experience with Airport Project an advantage
- Strong motivational and management qualities
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
- Educated to at least HNC level
- Have drive and energy
