We are working with one of the most established and respected companies in the construction industry delivering award winning New build, Refurbishment and Fit out services internationally with operations in the UK, Europe and Asia. Due to an increase in work load they are looking for a Senior Construction Manager based in Central London.
The role of the Senior Construction Manager;
A Senior Construction Manager is needed for a large-scale, £90m New Build residential project in Central London. You will be expected to manage all worksite based activity, with particular responsibility for safety, quality, production, specification, time and budget. You should also be an excellent communicator with the skills to both motivate your team and liaise with the sub-contractors. You will need a passion for excellence and a commitment to quality and service.
The requirements of the Senior Construction Manager;
- A stable background with large residential or commercial new-build projects
- The ability to deliver a quality, snag-free product
- You'll need to be commercially astute with excellent customer facing skills
- Strong motivational and management qualities
- Ability to deliver to tight deadlines under pressure
- Have drive and determination
What can the successful Senior Construction Manager expect in return?
